This patcher utility will update a version of Specular LogoMotion 2.0 to version 2.0.1.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Be sure to make a copy of LogoMotion 2.0 before you run this utility as it operates on the original version and will not create a backup copy for you.
2. Using the patcher utility on any version of LogoMotion other than version 2.0 will effectively destroy that version.
PATCHER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Double-click the patcher application to launch it.
2. Click "Continue" at the startup screen.
3. You will be presented with the standard open dialog. Navigate to your BACKUP COPY of LogoMotion 2.0 and click "Open."
4. The patcher will work it's magic - turning LogoMotion 2.0 into LogoMotion 2.0.1. Note that it might take as much as several minutes for the patcher to complete AFTER the progress bar reaches the end.
WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 2.0.1:
This update to LogoMotion 2.0 includes a handful of bug fixes. Plus, we've jazzed this version up with a variety of new features to give you even more power!
* Serial Number Checking Fix. The problem where LogoMotion 2.0 recognized it's own serial number on the network of certain machines and, therefore, refused to launch is now corrected.
* Drag & Drop from LogoMotion. This brings the power of grabbing PICT images from your camera window and dropping them either onto your desktop, into the scrapbook, or into other programs (like Adobe PageMill). This version adds a new tool to your Tool Palette. It is the Drag & Drop Hand Tool (see it's icon below). It can be located on the same level of the Tool Palette as the Hand Tool.
* Drag & Drop to LogoMotion. Not only can you drag & drop PICT images from LogoMotion, you can also drag & drop them to LogoMotion. These images can be dropped either on the Camera Window as a backdrop image or on any object in your scene as a texture map. To help you keep track of these imported images, they will all be added to a folder called "Drag & Drop Items" located in the same folder as your application.
